Results summary

Based on your replies, the daily grind seems to be taking a toll on your emotional calmness and your ability to concentrate or remember things to some extent.

There could be several reasons for this:

  • Insufficient sleep. Even if you think you sleep well, you may be sleeping insufficient hours (7 to 8 hours is the minimum recommended for adults) or experiencing interrupted sleep due to external factors -noisy environment, micro-awakenings caused by someone at home- or internal ones like sleep apnea. Please keep an eye on this.
  • Extremely stressful situations, like pressure at work, unemployment, an important exam, the pressure exerted by social media, a competition, relationship issues. having little kids at home...
  • You may be a night owl -as am I-. I am the most active at night, but have a hard time concentrating early in the morning, or an early bird, and be at your peak at the morning but have a had time concentrating in the evenings. And that worsens anxiety at the times when we're not at our best.
  • You may have some deficiency, that is not bad enough to manifest itself in other ways -at least yet- but hinder your ability to focus or keep calm.

Possible implications

Inability to focus or retain information, compounded with stress may affect us in many ways, in different ways depending on what your life situation is.

It can impact:

  • our performance at work, in our study results, or in our chores. In competitive environments like being chosen for a promotion, in gaming competitions, while being able to deliver works on time to clients, or in job selection processes.
  • our ability to stay safe in situations where concentration is key, like when driving, or working in dangerous environments.
  • the ability our immune system has to fight infections.
  • we may forget important appointments like work or personal meetings, legal appointments, etc, which could have dire consequences in some cases.
  • our ability to sleep; though this doesn't seem to be your case, keep an eye on this and don't fall into the spiral of negativity - stress - insomnia
  • and of course, our quality of life; who wouldn't prefer to enjoy each moment rather than having to deal with constant anxiety?

What we'd advise you to do

there are a few factors that can help you reduce anxiety: exercise, sunlight, socializing, and ensuring your body has the nutrients and aids needed to face each day as strong as possible.

Here are some specific actions:

  • Find some time to get fresh air every day, for at least 30 minutes. You don't have to jog, or cycle. Just walk, run some errands. But be exposed to sunlight.
  • Give your brain some rest every day. Be sure to enjoy enough uninterrupted sleep time, and also to endure in leisure activities that relax your mind and allow your brain to calm down and just enjoy life.
  • Give your body and brain a little boost, ensuring it has the nutrients it needs, complementing it with a formula created as an aid to calm down your nerves. To that effect, we created "Workload Cope", which includes:
    • Brain Lift: a supplement containing a powerful mix of vitamins and minerals needed by our nervous system, as well as many aminoacids, functional molecules and herb extracts that help you get rid of that fogginess and stay alert when you need it.
    • Serenity: a product composed of a mixture of vitamins, extracts of calming and mood stabilizing herbs like valerian, ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea and Turcmeric, as well as several other functional molecules.
