What if my local currency is not USD?
All orders are processed in USD. While the content of your cart is could be displayed in other currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is COD (Cash On Delivery) accepted?

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the place where we are shipping to. The total shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Shipping price depends on the order and destination. Please insert your address in the checkout process and shipping price will be shown (Before paying obviously)
What can I do if my credit card is rejected?
Some customers have reported issues while trying to pay with their credit card.
They receive a message saying "Payment declined", "Invalid Credit Card" or something along these lines during checkout (the exact message depends on your CC company).

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Keep that email for future reference.
Orders usually needs a few days to be managed.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the product ordered and destination country. US order needs usually 3-10 working days.
Other countries could need between 10-30 working days
I did not receive all the products I ordered. Why?
When you order more than one product, they may be shipped separately so you get them as fast as possible.
Thus, you may receive one item before the others.
